Potatoes
It was raining when I got up this morning but slowed down a little so I got the wheelbarrow and some old potato bags and went next door to my brothers place to pickup most of his reject potatoes he’s been harvesting. He had more than I could store in my fridge, but I did get most of them. The rain had picked up as I wheeled them back to my house and I got a little wet. I had a hard time getting them in the fridge I had so many.
Rainy day
Well, the rains picked up so I stayed in the house puttering around and doing some napping.
When the rain would stop I’d go outside for a bit but the rain would pick up again so back in the house for me.
It rained real hard for awhile in the afternoon and then let up, so I let the chickens into the front yard.
But then it started to rain some more, mostly showers on and off, so back in the house for me.
I woke up from a nap and it was dark so I went out to shut the chickens up and that was my day.
Nice restful day.
