Park Guys meeting
I had a meeting planned with some park guys today, so I drove on up into the park where they were working, to meet up with them.
We all hopped in Hondo and rode up to where I was working on a road to discuss the situation and what they needed to do for their part of the project.
When we got back, it was lunch time so I shoot the bull with them for a bit before going back home.
Visitor
It wasn’t long before Marty came by to discuss our upcoming trip and that’s what we did.
We’ll be taking off on the trip Saturday and be out for about three weeks.
Ride in the forest
We eventually hopped in Hondo and rode up into the forest for a ride and stopped at the pond to check it out.
Rabbit
A short distance from the pond we were riding along and spotted this jack rabbit about fifty feet from us, being very still so we wouldn’t spot it. Apparently we caught it off guard so it froze hoping we wouldn’t see it. It was that way as we drove on by.
Little walk
Marty needed some exercise so we stopped at this trail and walked out it until we got to this chair where we sat and shot the bull for a bit. It’s a nice peaceful spot.
We headed back to the rig and headed for home for the day taking the long way home.
