Shopping day
Not one of my favorite things to do, but one has to eat. I headed on over to the shopping centers about a half hour away from my place going to my parts place first. I need a new rim for my old van as the spare that we put on turned out to be a bit bent and wouldn’t balance properly.
Parts
Cindy always helps me out and is very good at what she does,………. But.
They don’t sell any rims, so I needed a plan B. She suggested Les Schwab for the rims. I need two more of their tires to match the ones I got on the trip to replace the flat ones as there was a bit of tire damage so they needed to be replaced.
I thought of calling them on the phone but decided to go down there in person to make sure I get the right rims, so I’ll do that soon.
Food
Next it was to Costco which was real busy. I got what I needed and got out of there.
Hardware
Then it was to the hardware store to get a new handle for one of my Pulaski’s. I wanted a plastic one and they had what I needed and I picked up a couple of boxes of hose clamps just to have some spares around.
No bar oil
Then I needed a gallon of chainsaw bar oil so I went to Walmart to get some, but couldn’t find any. I did find a new watch band and got that.
By now I’d had enough shopping so I made my way home and unloaded the car. I was tired out by now so I napped and that was my day.
