Road rocking
Yes, I was back at it t day. I’ve almost got the part of the road rocked that I want to rock and then it will be ready for the state park guys to finish up rocking it a bit later when a dump truck can get up the dirt road.
I removed some of the mud in the tracks before starting off today. It gets back in there just about as fast as I can remove it.
Hauling rock and fueling up
I hauled rock for a couple of hours to the wet spots and then the fuel gauge said I better stop to refuel, so I did.
Road crossing
I also worked on making this water crossing ditch smoother. I will eventually turn it into a rolling dip.
I quit about four and went over to this break area at the overlook and sat a spell.
It wasn’t long before the sun went behind the hills to the west.
Pond
I rode over to the pond to have a look. Looking nice.
Spring
And visited this spring for a drink of water.
Then I headed for home and put the chicken’s away for the day.
Nice day.
