Welding Bench, Trail Cams and Messing Around In the Hills

Bench for my welders

I needed one, so I drove on over to the shopping centers and went to Harbor Freight and ordered a cart that would hold them. They seem to never have stuff in stuck any more, but I think what I ordered up will do the job.

Trail cam

I knew I put a trail cam on this trail. I looked but I couldn’t find it. I finally did, up in the tree on the left.

I have four of the trail cams now and I’m having a hard time remembering where I put the darn things.

Rest spot

From there I rode on up to this rest spot for a break.

Walk

After sitting for a good while, I decided to walk on out the trail that starts from there, out here.

There goes the phone

I was checking out this steep spot to adjust the trail through here when I leaned over and my phone slide out of my pocket and started to slide on down the hill. Oh, oh, I could lose it on this.

I watched closely as it worked it’s way down the hill. I was watching carefully for when It stopped so I could find it and once it did I slide down the hill too, to where it stopped and retrieved it.

Waterfall

Once I had my phone back in my pocket, I headed on over to check out what was left of the waterfall.

Not much water coming down right now, just barely enough for a critter to get a drink.

Eggs

I stopped at my brother’s chicken pen to gather the eggs on the way home.

Rats

He has a lot of rat problems so I put some more bait in the rat station. He’s gaining on them.

I spent the rest of the day puttering in my van checking things out to load it up for the trip coming up.
