Doctors Appointments and a Bucket of Blue Clay

Tuesday September 26, 2017 Guerneville CA.

Today was doctor’s appointments day

First I had a dermatologist appointment. It turned out to be  a new Doc doing that so we started over. Actually two new docs, both new. The lady doc was pretty good, but her boss just didn’t want to believe my body rash was caused by food. His mind seemed to be closed but the ladies wasn’t so there is some hope for help here eventually. I wasn’t really expecting much, but I just wanted to get something started with them.

Leaky gut

I basically told them I’m going to go with the chiropractor and try to get rid of the leaky gut problem I think I may have. I’ll give that a try first, so we made another appointment in six months to give the chiropractor a chance to work on this first.

Annual appointment

Just after that I had my regular annual appointment with another new doc which seemed pretty good. She said everything looked pretty good. My B12 was a little low, but I think the chiropractor’s supplements will likely take care of that so I’m not concerned for now.

Not likely to get along with that guy

The doctors appointments went pretty well, although I don’t think I’m going to get along with the  head man dermatologist.

I drove back home from there with most of the day shot.

Need a bucket of clay

Toward evening I got a shovel and a bucket mounted on the quad runner.

I drove up the hill on this road looking for some blue clay from a spring.road1

I stopped at this wet spot in the road to see if I could dig up any blue clay for the bucket.road2

The wild pigs have made a small wallow here. I dug a little and found some clay that should be suitable for the job.clay

Clay is heavy stuff

Boy a bucket of blue clay is heavy. Here’s the bucket full of blue clay I harvested.bucket

I tied the shovel back on the machine and continued my ride eventually heading for home taking the long way.

Water tanks are full

I checked our water tanks water level on the way by. They were all full to the top with water.

On the way through the apple orchard I stopped and grabbed a couple of apples which tasted real good.

That was pretty much my day.

A very productive day! We have to look after the things that ail us.
Hope it all turns out well for you.
