Forest work
I had a couple of things I wanted to do up in the forest today. I got the pole saw and my chainsaw and took off for the hills.
Improving the view
These tree limbs at a overlook have been blocking the view some. I’ve been meaning to trim them and finally brought up the pole saw and did it.
There, isn’t that much better now. I sat down and took a break enjoying the new view.
Cutting off limbs
Then I rode on over to this fir tree. I want to change the road to go around it to stop some erosion on the hill. The limbs were too low to the ground to do that, so that’s why I brought up my chain saw.
It didn’t take me long to get those lower branches cut off. The trail is steep and water is rushing down it when it rains and causing some erosion, so going round the tree should prevent that. That’s on my list of to-do’s with the new machine I’m getting.
Trail work
Then I rode on down to this trail I’ve been working on for some time now.
I widened out the trail by this tree just a little so it’s easier to get by.
As I was riding home, I remembered this log plugging up the creek by our rental unit so I stopped to cut it into smaller pieces. The water will take care of the rest when it rains enough to get the water flowing.

Better to see the X marks the spot. So sick of looking to the sky and seeing x’s over my house and grids across the lands. Blocking out the sun, spraying us with crap, lowering the carbon that all life requires. All on behalf of the evil eugenisist Bill “Kill Them All” Gates. Why is he not stopped?!!!!!!!
