Road work
I rode Hondo up into the hills where my equipment was parked. Gee, it almost looks like a construction company.
Starting problems
I tried to start the dozer but it acted like the battery was dead. There was a guy working up on the hill above me so I went up and asked if he had some jumpers and he did. He came down and got the cables ready. I tried the started one more time before he hooked up the cables and it started. Seems the battery clamps need some work, but not right now as I have work to do and no tools.
I had one more place to work on the road for the rock prep so I got too it. I worked on this hairpin turn to make it more accessible for a fire truck to get up the road and ready for the rock.
I worked until it got dark on me and then drove the bulldozer back up the prepped road to where I was parking it at the top.
So, all the rock prep work is done, except maybe for a little touching up that I might do tomorrow.
