Forest ride
I needed a rest today, but Barry showed up for a bike ride up into the forest, so I joined him.
We rode around and around. Barry kept his speed down as it was dry and dusty for me when he went fast as I usually follow.
Spring
Eventually we stopped at this spring for a drink of water.
Hill tops
We rode around some more and eventually stopped at our break are on the hill top for a break. It was fairly warm today and not much shade up there.

Not a cloud in the sky today.
We rode over to my cousin’s place for a visit but all we found at home was their two dogs.
We rode around a bit more and then headed for my place where Barry took off for his home.
Taking it easy
It was a warm day and I needed a break from all the work I’ve been doing in the yard, so I mostly chair hopped with the chickens and did some napping too.
Nice day.
Ha. You actually sort of took a day off.
