Metal pile
I need to get some of this scrap metal moved so I can put up an RV cover in front of my garage shop.
The only place to move it easily is in back there where the trailer is, but I have to move that fence first. Take the old one down and put the new one up to expand the size of this area.
I started by moving the trailer which hasn’t been moved in years. I had to loosen up the ball towing stuff as it was all rusty.
The trailer got moved over to this spot, out of the way.
Weeds
The next thing to do was remove these weeds so I can work putting up the new fence.
Once the weeds were out, I laid out where the fence would go.
Posts
Then I found my fence driver and pounded in the fence posts.
I took a lot of breaks in my chair.
Once all the posts were driven in the ground, I put up the wire. I had an old fence panel I put up too, mostly because I had it and it wasn’t being used for anything else. It’s work as a gate.
The new fence is in and the plot is ready for the next step which will be moving some of the metal, but not today.
Good to have that done.
Nice day.
Nice that you had the chickens participating.
hi Bob,perhaps you could use Skiddy to lift & move the scrap metal rather than by hand.
You really are getting everything looking good & a lot more organized.Still need to pressure clean those tracks though.Always interesting & beautiful country–All the best.
