Road work
I rode on up to do some work today,…………But.
It rained a bit last night so the roads had a bit of mud on them, so I decided to not work on the roads today. I did fuel up the machine so it would be ready to go.
I knew another neighbor far in the back woods was working on his road today so I rode on over to shot the bull with him.
I found him heading back to his place with his tractor. He said he just got started when a branch of poison oak brushed across his face so was headed back to his place to wash off his face. Not before we had a good bull session.
Big hard rock
I’d brough my big sledge hammer up with me with intentions of stopping at this rock slide area to try to break up the big rock.
After a few swings with the big hammer, I realized this rock was too hard to break up with the sledge hammer, so gave up on that, barely elven denting the rock.
Once back home, I went in for a good nap and didn’t do much for the rest of the day.
