I rode on up to my cousin’s place to see if they wanted to go for a ride up to the top of the hill, but they were working on the weeds in the yard, so declined.
I headed on up towards the top, just the same and had to stop here to move this log off the road before I could proceed.
I got the log cut up and now only have to throw the smaller logs off the road to pass on by.
I ran into one more log I had to clear off the road and then I made it to the top of the hill.
Looking south from the hilltop, towards San Francisco.
Eventually, I moved on down the hill a bit and got this view of Guerneville.
I headed on home from there for a nap.
Trees on the trail
After a nap, I took my chainsaw up into the forest a bit to cut some trees off the Talking Trees Trail that I’d been meaning to get to for awhile now.
Getting Skiddy fixed
Than I called my John Deere dealer to chat with the service manager for a bit. I’ll call back again tomorrow and hopefully he’ll have some solutions for fixing my machine.
