Metal rack work
Slowly but surely I’m getting the metal rack worked on. I needed to weld the posts up so I clamped some braces on it to straighten things up before I welded them up.
I got everything leveled up and then used the level to make sure the posts were straight.
Welding
Then I fired up the welder and started welding the posts on.
Once the posts were all welded up, I took a break and let the whole thing cool off a bit.
Once things were cooled down, I turned the whole thing over and leveled it up again.
Now I need to cut some more parts for the shelves, but not today, I’m trying to give my sore back a break as it’s not liking this welding stuff much, but it is improving.

The rack is coming along. Our backs aren’t what they used to be and often beg for relief from the work we do!
