Forest ride
I rode up into the forest to visit with a couple of neighbors, but didn’t find them home so I rode down to the water hole I was working on to check it out to see how it was holding water or was it leaking. This one seemed to be not leaking and was holding water, which was good.
Checking an old road
With nothing better to do, I rode on over to another neighbor’s place to check out this old road that needs to be opened up.
I parked here, at the end of the good part of the old road and went for a walk down the part that needs some work on it.
Big trees
There’s a couple of big trees that have fallen across the old road that will need to be cut so I can get them off the road.
Here’s another big tree that needs to be removed.
And this log will need to be removed after cutting it to make it easier to remove.
I walked all the way down it until I got to a part of the old road that was in pretty good shape and then headed on back up it to where the rig was parked.
It’s always nice to get back to a rig after climbing back up the old road.
Old cars
Back home, I took some pictures of these two old cars I need to get towed to the scrap yard.
This 1978 one that I used until it wouldn’t go anymore.
And this 1988 one that still ran when I stopped using it and replaced it with a newer modern car. I used it for a long time but it was starting to get lots of little things wrong with it.
