Some work at my neighbors
Skiddy was ready to go when I went out this morning. I was going up to the top of the hill to my cousin’s place. I needed to tweak her driveway a bit to help the water drain off it when it rains and do a bit of work on her fire roads.
I headed across the road and through this gate to our place and went on up the hill.
Driveway
I did the work on her driveway and then I headed on out to her fire roads and worked on them a bit. I went down this old road and opened it up a bit, mostly moving trees off the road that had fallen on it for the last few years.
Turn around
Then I worked on widening out this turn around spot a bit to make it easier to turn around.
Break spot
I made it to the top of the mountain to our resting spot and had a good break there.
My brother Tom came by in his side by side. We shot the bull for a bit, then he took off and I went back to work.
I went down this road cleaning up stuff as I went.
It was getting close to dark, so I hurried along on this road and headed for home.
