Trimming Stuff In the Yard and the Quail Sneak By

Trimming stuff

This flower bush has overgrown it’s spot. I got the clippers out and started working on reducing it’s size.flowers1

That looks a lot better eh.trimmed4

I cut all this stuff off the bush and now I  have to get it to the brush pile out in the yard, but I didn’t get to it today.brush6

Blackberry vines

I went into this area to cut blackberry vines out of it. There weren’t too many in this spot.brush7

This flower bush has just bloomed. The bush died and the flowers came out.flowers2

And I worked on getting the blackberry vines out of this area.logs8

Solar panels charge better

In the evening I switched over the van’s solar panels to the other battery in the van to get it fully charged up. The solar panels charge up batteries better than the van’s generator does, as the solar panels keep charging and don’t get shut off like the van’s motor.batteries8

Lots of quail

And just before dark I watched the quail sneak by. I think there were way over 50 of the little guys. Several families of them. They are growing fast.quail

Nice day.

You’re so going to appreciate those panels this winter in AZ.

Are those hydrangeas blooming by the building in the first photo? Geez. What a prolific place you live in. Lovely.
